If you are 60 days or less from the end date of your current package

  1. Log in to My Purple Cloud
  2. Select My Subscriptions in the left side menu
  3. Tick the packages you want to renew and follow the instructions on screen

If you want to change your package before it is due to expire

You can only upgrade your package via this method. If you wish to downgrade please wait until your package is within 60 days of expiration and follow the above method.
  1. Log in to My Purple Cloud
  2. Select the domain you wish to change the package for in the left side menu
  3. Scroll to the button and select Upgrade Package
  4. Follow the instructions ons creen
