Here at Purple Cloud your satisfaction is our priority. So, we have a simple guarantee to give you peace of mind.
If within 14 days of purchasing an email or web hosting package you decide that our service is not up to scratch, or even if it's just not right for you, we will give you a full refund of what you paid for your hosting service.
That's two weeks to try us out risk free. That's how confident we are that you will like what we have to offer.
Please note that domain name registrations are not covered by this guarantee, purely because once we have registered a domain on your behalf it is not possible for us to cancel it. You can however transfer your domain name to another service provider free of charge at any time - click here for more information.
How to claim
In the unlikely event that you wish to claim a refund, simply contact us with the following information:
- Some means to identify your account - your username, account number, invoice number or domain name.
- Which service(s) you want to cancel.
- Why you are not satisfied - this helps us to improve our service.
We will then send a confirmation to your account email address (the one you gave us when ordering). Once this has been responded to, we will cancel your services and issue a refund using whatever method of payment you originally used.
